Tag wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Tag will exchange without exception any product that has not satisfied you fully.
Tag will gladly refund the purchase price of any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original Unworn condition.
Tag will exchange any product returned to us within 60 days of purchase.
In the interest of good hygiene, underwear, socks and other personal products may not be returned, unless the original packages have not been opened.
Return authorization should first be obtained by contacting us. You may do this by e-mail or telephone, to the numbers provided below.
Product shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be refused.
