Tag Safari wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will exchange without exception any product that has not satisfied you fully.
Tag will gladly refund the purchase price of any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original Un-worn condition,with all Tags attached.
A 10% Re-stocking fee may apply on certain returns, and if products are returned without a Return authorization obtained online or by contacting customer service..Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm CST.
Please Note that Shipping costs are not refundable.
Tag will exchange any product returned to us within 60 days of purchase.
In the interest of good hygiene, underwear, socks and other personal products may not be returned, unless the original packages have not been opened.

Product shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be refused.
Q. How do I return a product for exchange or refund?
A. Log-in to your Tag Safari Account using the password you used set-up when making the purchase, you will be able to request the Return Authorisation, print a copy and mark the outside of the box with the RMA number, ship back to our warehouse address which will be noted on the RMA.
