Tag Safari wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will exchange without exception any product that has not satisfied you fully.
Refunds
Tag will gladly refund the purchase price of any product returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original Un-worn condition,with all Tags attached.
Re-stocking Fee:
A 10% Re-stocking fee may apply on certain returns, and if products are returned without a Return authorization obtained online or by contacting customer service..Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm CST.
Please Note that Shipping costs are not refundable. Exchange: Tag will exchange any product returned to us within 60 days of purchase. In the interest of good hygiene, underwear, socks and other personal products may not be returned, unless the original packages have not been opened. Return authorization should first be obtained by contacting us by e-mail at Orders@tagsafari.com or by phone at 1-800-824-2703 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST Product shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be refused. Q. How do I return a product for exchange or refund?
A. Log-in to your Tag Safari Account using the password you used set-up when making the purchase, you will be able to request the Return Authorisation, print a copy and mark the outside of the box with the RMA number, ship back to our warehouse address which will be noted on the RMA. OR: Please e-mail us at orders@tagsafari.com to request a Return Authorization. We will need your order number to process the return authorization.
